1. Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for monthly or annual plans if requested within 7 days of purchase and only if significant service failure or defect is proven.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused features.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us at billing@telecallingcrm.com.

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases such as double billing or payment error, Process and credit the refund within 7–10 business days after review.
