TeleCallingCRM (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users (“you”) of our telecalling CRM software, mobile applications, and website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create an account.
  • Billing information — subscription plan, invoices, and transaction IDs. Card details are processed directly by our payment partner (PhonePe) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Lead data you upload — phone numbers, names, and other contact details for the leads you import into the Service. You confirm that you have the lawful right to call these contacts and that your use complies with applicable laws and TRAI/DNC regulations.
  • Usage data — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and product improvement.
  • Call metadata — call timestamps, duration, agent assignment, and outcome notes. We do not record or store audio of your calls unless you explicitly enable recording in a future feature release.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process subscription payments and send invoices.
  • To send transactional emails (account, billing, security) and occasional product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers — payment processing (PhonePe), cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and analytics. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and may access only what they need to deliver their service.
  • Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
  • Business transfers — if TeleCallingCRM is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and at-rest encryption for sensitive fields. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or operational requirements. You may request deletion at any time via the contact details below.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your lead and call data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent the Service from functioning.

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
