Definitions
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or paying for a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
⚠️ If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use TeleCallingCRM.
Eligibility
To use TeleCallingCRM, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a business entity or individual using the platform for lawful commercial purposes.
- Not be barred from using software services under applicable Indian laws or regulations.
TeleCallingCRM is intended for use by sales teams, business owners, and professionals based primarily in India. International users may access the platform subject to compliance with their local laws.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by your team members.
- You must notify us immediately at support@telecallingcrm.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Each account may be used by the number of users permitted under your plan. Adding users beyond the plan limit requires an upgrade.
- You may not share login credentials across more users than your plan allows, or create accounts to circumvent plan restrictions.
Subscription & Payment
Plans and Pricing: TeleCallingCRM offers three subscription plans — Basic (₹499/month, up to 5 users), Pro (₹899/month, up to 10 users), and Enterprise (₹1,599/month, up to 30 users). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not received, your account will be suspended until payment is cleared.
Taxes: All prices include GST. A GST invoice is provided for every transaction.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use TeleCallingCRM only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You must not:
- Make unsolicited calls to individuals registered under India's Do Not Call (DNC) / NCPR. Compliance with TRAI regulations is entirely your responsibility.
- Upload, store, or process data that you do not have legal right to possess or use.
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any individual.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the TeleCallingCRM platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or other accounts.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or offer TeleCallingCRM as a service to third parties without written permission.
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or extract data from the platform.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
Our IP: TeleCallingCRM, including its software, design, branding, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of the Company. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all User Data you upload or create on TeleCallingCRM. We do not claim any rights over your leads, contacts, or business data.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or ideas about TeleCallingCRM, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our product without any obligation to you.
Data & Privacy
Your use of TeleCallingCRM is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- You are the data controller for all personal data belonging to your leads and contacts. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data you upload and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for TeleCallingCRM. The following are excluded from SLA calculations:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 48 hours in advance).
- Outages caused by third-party services (telecom, payment gateways, cloud providers).
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
- Issues caused by your own configuration or actions of your team members.
For Enterprise plan subscribers, a formal SLA with uptime guarantees and response time commitments is included in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- TeleCallingCRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or data loss.
- Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for the outcome of calls made using our auto dialer, or your sales results.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeleCallingCRM and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including data privacy rights of individuals in your lead database.
- Your non-compliance with TRAI regulations regarding telemarketing and the Do Not Call registry.
- Any content or data you upload to the platform.
Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in behaviour that poses legal or reputational risk, we are required to do so by law, or payment remains outstanding after 3 failed retry attempts.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access is revoked immediately. Your data is retained for 60 days and then permanently deleted. You remain liable for any amounts owed prior to termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of TeleCallingCRM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English in Hyderabad.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- We will notify account administrators via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
- We will display an in-app notification for 30 days after the update.
Your continued use of TeleCallingCRM after the effective date constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
