Free Trial Policy

All TeleCallingCRM plans come with a 7-day free trial. During this period:

  • No credit card or payment is required to activate the trial.
  • You get full access to all features of your selected plan.
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.
  • The trial automatically expires at the end of 7 days — you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Subscription Payments

TeleCallingCRM operates on a monthly prepaid subscription model. When you subscribe:

  • Payment is collected upfront for the full billing month.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of every successful payment.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods via our Razorpay payment gateway.

Refund Eligibility

As a SaaS product with immediate access to all features upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees.
  • After cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days. You may reactivate within this window to restore access.
  • After 60 days, all account data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.

⚠️ If you cancel close to your renewal date, the renewal may still process if it falls within the 24-hour payment processing window. Contact support immediately if this occurs.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with the following:

  1. Your registered email address and account name.
  2. The invoice number or Razorpay transaction ID.
  3. A clear description of the reason for the refund request.
  4. Any supporting screenshots or evidence (for technical failures).

Send your request to billing@telecallingcrm.in with subject: Refund Request — [Your Account Name]

We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrade mid-month: You pay only the prorated difference for the remaining days. New plan features are available immediately.
  • Downgrade mid-month: The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.
  • Annual plans (if applicable): May have different terms — contact support before cancelling an annual subscription.

GST & Tax Invoices

TeleCallingCRM is a GST-registered business. A valid GST invoice is issued for every subscription payment and available for download from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Invoices.

If you require a revised invoice (e.g., to add your company's GSTIN), raise a request within 30 days of the invoice date at billing@telecallingcrm.in.
