Information We Collect
When you register and use TeleCallingCRM, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and designation provided during signup.
- Billing Information: Payment details processed securely through Razorpay or UPI. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Lead & CRM Data: Contact lists, call notes, follow-up schedules, and outcome logs you or your team enter into the platform.
- Call Metadata: Call timestamps, duration, outcomes, and agent activity logs. We do not record call audio unless you explicitly enable a recording feature.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model (for the Android app), and pages visited.
- Communications: Emails or support tickets you send us.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to operate, improve, and support TeleCallingCRM:
- Provisioning and managing your account and subscription.
- Processing payments and sending invoices or receipts.
- Enabling core features — auto dialer, lead management, analytics, and team dashboards.
- Sending transactional emails: account confirmations, password resets, and billing alerts.
- Sending product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out at any time).
- Diagnosing technical issues and improving platform performance.
- Complying with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Data Sharing & Disclosure
We only share your information in limited, necessary circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors (cloud hosting, payment gateway, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred — you will be notified in advance.
- With Your Consent: Any other sharing will only happen with your explicit permission.
Your CRM lead data is yours. We never access, analyse, or use the contact lists you upload for any purpose other than displaying them back to your team.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers hosted in India. We implement:
- 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest.
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit.
- Role-based access controls — team members only see data relevant to their branch and role.
- Regular automated backups with point-in-time recovery.
- Periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% immune to threats. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach.
Your Rights
As a user, you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update inaccurate information via account settings or by contacting us.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. Completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability: Export your CRM data (leads, call logs, notes) in CSV format at any time from the dashboard.
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
- After account cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted.
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax regulations.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

TeleCallingCRM integrates with the following third-party services. Please review their privacy policies independently:
- Razorpay — Payment processing
- Google Analytics — Usage analytics
- WhatsApp Business API — Optional messaging integration (Pro & Enterprise plans)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure
Children's Privacy
TeleCallingCRM is a business tool intended for use by adults (18+) in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately at privacy@telecallingcrm.in.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send an email notification to account administrators at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
- Display an in-app banner for 30 days after the update.
Continued use of TeleCallingCRM after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
