How to add agents and team leads in TeleCallingCRM

Your agents do the calling from the mobile app. Add each of them as a user, choose a role, and they sign in with the credentials you set.

Add a caller

  1. 1Open Team in the admin panel and click Add.
  2. 2Enter the agent's name, phone, optional email and a temporary password.
  3. 3Choose a role — Caller, or Team Lead for supervisors.
  4. 4Assign a branch if you run multiple offices.
  5. 5Share the app link; the agent signs in and grants phone permissions.
Team Leads can see their team's leads and stats; Callers see only what's assigned to them.
