How to import leads from Excel or CSV into TeleCallingCRM

Bring your existing leads in with the import wizard. It maps your spreadsheet columns to lead fields, including any custom fields, source and campaign.

Run the import

  1. 1Go to Numbers → Import and upload your Excel/CSV file.
  2. 2Map each column to a field (phone, name, email, city, custom fields…).
  3. 3Pick a source and a campaign to tag this batch.
  4. 4Choose how to assign — round-robin across agents, a fixed agent, or leave unassigned.
  5. 5Review duplicates/DNC, then commit. Leads appear instantly under Numbers.
Numbers already on your Do-Not-Call list are skipped automatically.
