How to set up TeleCallingCRM — a 5-minute quick start

TeleCallingCRM is cloud-based — there is nothing to install on the admin side. Create your account, add your agents, bring in your leads, and your team can start dialing the same day.

Set up your account

  1. 1Start your free trial and verify your business email.
  2. 2Complete the guided onboarding: company name, timezone and your first caller.
  3. 3Add the rest of your agents (callers and team leads) under Team.
  4. 4Import your existing leads from Excel/CSV, or connect a lead source.
  5. 5Agents install the mobile app, sign in, and start the auto-dialer.
