How to connect Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads to TeleCallingCRM

Running Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads? Connect your Meta page once and every new lead flows into TeleCallingCRM the instant it's submitted — no CSV downloads.

Connect your Meta page

  1. 1Go to Integrations → Facebook & Instagram and click Connect.
  2. 2Authorise with the Facebook account that manages your Lead Ad forms.
  3. 3Select the Page(s) and Lead Form(s) you want to pull leads from.
  4. 4Map the form questions to your lead fields (phone, name, email…).
  5. 5Submit a test lead from Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool — it appears under Leads tagged Facebook/Instagram.
Leads are delivered in real time via Meta's webhook, then routed to agents by your assignment rules.
