How to integrate Google Forms with TeleCallingCRM

Capturing leads with a Google Form? Pipe every response into TeleCallingCRM automatically, so a caller can follow up within minutes instead of you checking a spreadsheet.

Option A — via the linked Google Sheet (no code)

  1. 1In your Google Form, open Responses → link it to a Google Sheet.
  2. 2In TeleCallingCRM, go to Integrations → Google Sheets and connect the sheet.
  3. 3Map the sheet columns (Name, Phone, Email…) to your lead fields.
  4. 4New form submissions land in the sheet and sync in as leads, tagged Google Forms.

Option B — instant delivery via webhook / Zapier

  1. 1In TeleCallingCRM, open Integrations → Webhook and copy your unique webhook URL.
  2. 2In Zapier, create a Zap: trigger = Google Forms (New Response), action = Webhook POST to that URL.
  3. 3Map the response fields to phone, name and email in the Zap.
  4. 4Turn the Zap on — each submission is pushed in real time and routed by your assignment rules.
