How to connect IndiaMART & TradeIndia leads to TeleCallingCRM

B2B marketplaces are a top lead source — connect them so enquiries are called back fast and tracked to closure.

IndiaMART

  1. 1Open Integrations → IndiaMART and copy your webhook URL.
  2. 2In your IndiaMART seller panel, go to Lead Delivery → Webhook / API and paste it.
  3. 3Save — new enquiries are pushed in and tagged IndiaMART.

TradeIndia

  1. 1Log in to TradeIndia and open My Account to find your API key / user credentials.
  2. 2In TeleCallingCRM → Integrations → TradeIndia, paste them and click Save.
  3. 3TeleCallingCRM checks for new inquiries automatically and adds them as leads.
TradeIndia uses a pull connection — you enter your API key once and TeleCallingCRM fetches new inquiries for you.
