How to connect any lead source via Webhook or Zapier

If a source isn't on the list, you can still connect it. TeleCallingCRM gives you a unique webhook URL that accepts leads from anything — directly or via Zapier's 5,000+ apps.

Direct webhook

  1. 1Open Integrations → Webhook and copy your unique URL.
  2. 2Send a POST request to it with the lead's phone, name and email (JSON or form-encoded).
  3. 3The lead is created instantly and routed by your assignment rules.
Phone is the only required field — everything else maps to your lead fields.

Via Zapier (no code)

  1. 1Create a Zap with your lead source as the trigger.
  2. 2Add a 'Webhooks by Zapier → POST' action pointing to your TeleCallingCRM webhook URL.
  3. 3Map the fields and turn the Zap on.
