How to capture WordPress & website form leads in TeleCallingCRM

Turn your website into a lead engine. Either embed a TeleCallingCRM form, or point your existing WordPress form at our webhook so every enquiry becomes a callable lead.

Easiest — embed a TeleCallingCRM form

  1. 1In the admin panel go to Forms and build a form with the fields you need.
  2. 2Copy the embed code (or the hosted form link).
  3. 3Paste the embed on any WordPress page/post, or share the link.
  4. 4Submissions arrive as leads automatically, tagged to that form.

Use your existing WordPress form (webhook)

  1. 1Copy your webhook URL from Integrations → Webhook.
  2. 2In Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms or Elementor, add a webhook/POST action to that URL.
  3. 3Map the form fields to phone, name and email.
  4. 4Submit a test — the lead lands in TeleCallingCRM and is routed by your rules.
