How to set up call scripts & the on-call teleprompter

Give your callers the right words. Scripts appear on the lead screen in the app, and an on-call teleprompter can float over the dialer during the call.

Create and publish a script

  1. 1Open Scripts and create one with a title and body; use placeholders like {{name}}.
  2. 2Optionally tie a script to a pipeline stage so the right one surfaces first.
  3. 3Toggle it Active so it appears in the mobile app.
  4. 4Agents open a lead → Call scripts, and tap Teleprompter (or Float on call) to read while talking.
