How to use the sales pipeline & revenue forecast

Turn calls into a visible sales funnel. The pipeline shows your deals by stage with a forecast of expected revenue.

Work the pipeline

  1. 1Define your stages under Settings → Pipeline Stages (e.g. Contacted → Qualified → Won).
  2. 2Open a lead and set its deal value and expected close date.
  3. 3Drag deals between stages, or update the stage from a call's disposition.
  4. 4Read the forecast totals to see expected revenue by stage.
