How to use the sales pipeline & revenue forecast
Turn calls into a visible sales funnel. The pipeline shows your deals by stage with a forecast of expected revenue.
Work the pipeline
- 1Define your stages under Settings → Pipeline Stages (e.g. Contacted → Qualified → Won).
- 2Open a lead and set its deal value and expected close date.
- 3Drag deals between stages, or update the stage from a call's disposition.
- 4Read the forecast totals to see expected revenue by stage.
