How to organise leads with campaigns in TeleCallingCRM

Campaigns let you segment leads by initiative — “Diwali Offer”, “Justdial Feb”, “Website Q1” — and measure each one cleanly.

Run campaigns

  1. 1Open Campaigns and create one with a name and colour.
  2. 2Tag imports and new leads to the campaign (or keep the default “General”).
  3. 3Filter Numbers, the dashboard and reports by campaign.
  4. 4Open the Performance tab to compare campaigns — leads, conversion, value and cost-per-lead.
