How to use the live War Room in TeleCallingCRM

Put your floor on a screen. The War Room shows the live funnel, pipeline value, an activity feed and a “needs attention” strip for idle, unassigned, overdue and flagged items.

Run it during calling hours

  • Open War Room on a TV or large monitor.
  • Watch the “Needs attention” strip and click an item to act on it.
  • Track the funnel and today's pipeline value as calls happen.
